Jenniffer O’Malley Dillon overtook Greg Schultz position

Jennifer O’Malley Dillon took over the position as Biden’s campaign manager from Greg Schultz and Anita Dunn in April 2020. Jen was a former deputy campaign manager for Obama’s reelection in 2012, she has also managed Beto O’Rourke’s presidential bid and is considered as one of the brilliant data specialists.

Jennifer O’Malley Dillon was born in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, in 28, September 1976. What makes her remarkable is that she is the first female presidential campaign manager for a winning Democratic ticket. She attended the Tufts University, and has majored in political science

Biden said in a statement that he is “ecstatic” about Jen joining his administration. “O’Malley Dillon has brought her substantial talent and vision to the team. “She is sure to be an incredible asset to the campaign”. Which happened to come true and they won the 2020 presidential election.

Whereas on the other side, Greg continued as Biden’s political adviser in the campaign with shift of his focus on organizational arrangement for the general election and strengthening the campaign’s external outreach,”. Greg officially linked with Biden’s orbit in 2013. He was working closely with the former vice president Biden in 2012 as Obama’s reelection campaign Ohio state director.

A colleague of Ms Dillon, Ben LaBolt stated that Jen is an incredible strategist who recognizes the battleground states like the back of her hands. She understands the Democratic Party mechanisms and setup to what sort of data infrastructure is required in order to reach persuadable voters,” he added “She is a master of both the brass tacks of traditional activism as well as the new techniques of digital campaigning.”
